| Working Drawings for Approval Full layout plans of each product are produced and issued, detailing all dimensions and product details which are confirmed and signed off before manufacture commences. |

| Working Drawings for Construction / Installation Further to drawings for approval, once agreed, we provide working construction drawings which can be referenced at any time during the manufacture and installation processes. |

| Full Product Support Our Technical staff are always on hand to offer advice and solutions for virtually every situation. We are able to draw on years of experience relating to both on-site and manufacturing operations. |

| Operation and Maintenance Manuals A comprehensive manual is provided detailing all after care and user instructions for our products. |

| Attendance at Pre-Contract Meeting A company representative can be present at the pre-contract meeting, if required. |

| Attendance at Design Meeting A company representative can be present at the design meeting, if required. |

| Dedicated Installations Manager Each supply and install order is allocated to a dedicated installations manager who oversees the completion of the works. This means that our customers get a personal service that is tailored to their requirements. |

| Full Site Survey Each area requiring our products will be surveyed to obtain correct dimensions from which manufacture will be actioned. |

| Offloading and distribution (Hoist by others) |

| Panel Framework All panel framework required for duct panelling and vanity units is provided and installed in softwood timber framing. |

| Dedicated Nationwide Installation Team Our supply and install service is supported by a nationwide, fully insured team of fitters covering all of the UK. |
